1. How do I send my image to you and how long do they last?

You email your image to us by replying to your invoice once you have paid for your products online.Edible images have a 3 month shelf life.

2. How long does it take to process my image?

Usually it take 12-48 hours during the business week, to process, during peak times (Christmas and other holiday) this can be longer.

3. How long does delivery take?

We offer First and Second class service with Royal Mail. If you choose Guaranteed Next Day option on checkout, you will have it within 48 hours during the business week. Please note orders must be received before 11am (including the image) to receive it next day. For large orders this may not always be possible. Please contact us if you are unsure.

4. What payments to do you take?

Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit into our Account, and cheque/Money Order (Direct Debit and Cheque have to clear before we send out the products)

5. Can I choose the font I would like my selected greeting/writing in?

Yes you can, select from this list of fonts click here (You will see this option on checkout in Comments).

6. I havent received my image, its been 10 days?

Contact your local post office that usually holds your mail for you if they have been unable to deliver it. Take the persons name and then call us with your Post Offices telephone number and Name of contact, and we will do our best to follow up.
