Create luxurious display chocolates with this 4 piece set.
Size: 50, 65, 75 and 90mm
1. To make the petals, ﬁll the mould till 1/3 of the semisphere.
Keep the mould bent inwards for some seconds and empty of the exceeding chocolate.
2. Let the chocolate crystallize in the fridge to make removing the chocolate easier.
3. Make the support of the ﬂower using a semisphere. Stick the 3 central petals laying one on the other along the sides.
4. Put some melted chocolate and proceed to placing the other petals.
