Safe-D-Clay™ – A non-toxic, non drying clay that can be a very useful tool when making molds. Safe-D-Clay™ is softened by kneading and applied to the back of thin objects to thicken them before making a mold. When making two piece molds, use Safe-D-Clay™ to cover one half of the original object thereby establishing a parting line and enabling each part to be made individually.

Two part and 3D moulds require that multiple moulds be made, one at a time, over sections of an object. In order to accomplish this task, portions of an object are buried in a clay bed made from Safe-D-Clay.
