Creative Nature's Chia and Cacao Brownie Mix is completely allergen-free and ideal for vegan bakers with no plans to compromise on taste!

For quick and easy indulgent brownies, follow the steps as recommended on the pack, or make them even more incredible by using mix-ins of your choice! We're a fan of mini marshmallows or chocolate chips!

Mix contains 250g and makes approximately 12 brownies.

Vegan Recipe:

Just Add

3 tbsp Milled Flaxseed
9 tbsp Water
125g Dairy Free Spread

Method:

In a bowl, mix the flaxseed and water, then leave to stand for about 10 mins, until gloopy.
Preheat oven to 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 4.
Add all ingredients, along with the contents of the pack, into a mixing bowl and beat together until smooth (start slowly so the powder doesn’t go everywhere!). Add a splash of water if the mixture is a bit dry.
Carefully spoon the mixture into a 20cm x 20cm baking tin, without eating too much raw mixture from the bowl.
Bake between 20-25 mins, depending on the level of squidgeyness you require.
Leave to cool before eating.

Unrefined Cane Sugar, Brown Rice Flour, Cacao Powder (12%), Chocolate Chips (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin (chocolate contains 53% cocoa solids)), Rice Powder, Coconut oil, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)), Chia Seeds (4%), Psyllium Husk, Baking Powder (monocalcium phosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonates), Himalayan Crystal Salt.

A signature is required for this method, so you will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. Please allow an additional 24 hours for any order to be delivered to the Scottish Highlands. Please also be aware that any deliveries to Northern Ireland with a 'BT' postcode will usually take three days to arrive (on 2 Day Northern Ireland Delivery).

Pre-Orders

Any order containing a product that is listed as a preorder, will be held until the preordered item has arrived in stock. Orders containing a preorder cannot be split, if other items are needed before the expected delivery date, these items should be ordered separately.

Weekend Deliveries (UK)

Any order placed before 8pm* on Friday, with the "Saturday Delivery" or "Sunday Delivery" option selected, will be dispatched on the same day for delivery between the hours of 8am - 6pm on the selected day.

A signature is required for these methods, so somebody will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. If the order is placed after the 8pm cut-off on a Friday, the order will be dispatched for delivery on the following weekend. Please note we are unable to guarantee any order being dispatched to the Scottish Highlands or Islands to arrive within the quoted time frame.
