The only fondant that I will cover my cakes with. Firm but amazing to work with!!! No rips, or elephant skin. You don't have to worry about it stretching and breaking when you lift it! You just need strong arms to roll it!!! Oh and I should mention that it tastes amazing! Not sweet and cheep like so many other brands! Everyone always comments on how tastey it is! 5*s

Bought to use for half chocolate half white wedding cake.. Love it was a bit firm to knead but covered brilliantly with no cracks or elephant skin, would definitely recommend and will be using again

Massa Ticino is a fabulous sugar paste, if a little pricey by comparison to other makes. However it is worth it for a very professional finish and a no hassle finish. My only issue is the use of hydrogenated fats in the ingredients. If they could find an alternative I would be happier to use it more often.

Love all icing of massa. They are just so fab to work with. Say bye to elephant skin and tears. Tastes good and can roll quite thin. Love it!!

Its a bit more solid than the pme stuff, almost like it has CMC in it already. It's good for moulding but I'm not sure how it would be for covering a cake.
