Sugarpaste, also known as ready to roll icing, has become the most popular medium used to cover cakes and make an assortment of decorations.
Massa Ticino Sugarpaste is a highly sought after sugarpaste of exceptional quality. It is a perfect choice for covering cakes due to it's high elasticity - it will not rip or crack whilst being used, and will smooth to a perfect finish with a crisp shell.
Renshaw’s Ready to Roll Icing provides us cake decorators with a fantastic range of colours and sizes to choose from, giving you brilliant coverage and professional results every time. They have the most vibrant colours such as jade, lime green, fuchsia and deep purple and soft pastels such as lilac, pastel green and duck egg blue, in handy 250g packets.
For large cakes, 5kg boxes of Renshaw Regalice, Décor Ice, Covapaste and Culpitt are available, whilst Satin Ice is also available in white and ivory in 1kg, 2.5kg and 10kg buckets.
You may think royal icing is a thing of the past, but some of the most stunning detailed intricate work is done using royal icing, and Squires Kitchen Royal Icing is perfect for the job - just add cooled boiled water!
