We’re proud to offer a huge range of Isomalt and chocolate transfer sheets in designs to suit all budding chocolatiers. 

There are designs for all occasions including Easter, Christmas and Valentine’s day and patterns including classic stripes and dots, to the more bizarre and kooky.

Using a chocolate transfer sheet couldn’t be easier. Simply melt your chocolate or candy melts, pour them over your transfer sheet and then once your chocolate has set, simply peel away the transfer sheet to reveal the design on your chocolate. You can also cut your transfer sheet to size, place in the bottom of a chocolate mould and pour your chocolate into the mould to get both the shape and design you want.

The process is the same with Isomalt and Isomalt nibs, simply melt onto the transfer sheet, and then peel away when your Isomalt has solidified. Please be very careful when doing this however as Isomalt can get extremely hot.

If you are using your transfer sheet with candy melts or chocolate, we would recommend using white chocolate as it will show your design most clearly and so you will get the best results. The transfers will also work on milk and dark chocolate however you won’t get as good a result as using white chocolate, particularly if you are using the transfer sheet on dark chocolate.
