Bake in a domestic fan oven at 1300C.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFor the 8\" round cake above, bake for 1 hour 25 minutes.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTest with a cake skewer. If the skewer comes out clean, then the cake is usually baked. Individual ovens vary.
