Handpicked with love from the best crops in the Paradise Islands of Indonesia, these premium vanilla beans are dark brown in colour, rich in flavour and have a wonderful aroma. 

Vanilla planifolia is a species of vanilla orchid that is native to Mexico. Due to their high vanillin content, these pods is one of the most used sources for vanilla flavouring.

These vanilla beans are grade-A, meaning they have a higher moisture content (25-35%) than grade-B, and have a richer vanillin content (1.7 - 2.2%). This gives the pods a lovely plump, more pliable feel than grade-B.

Vanilla beans are perfect for a variety of recipes, including homemade vanilla extract, baking, cooking and brewing.

These vanilla pods are available in packs of two or packs of 10.

Directions:
Using a sharp knife, carefully split the pods lengthways to expose the vanilla seeds. Gently scrape the seeds out and use as directed in your recipe.

Once you have scraped out the seeds, try placing the empty vanilla pods in a few cup fulls of sugar for a deliciously soft hint of vanilla!

Easter Deliveries

To receive your order before Easter, we recommend placing your order before 4pm on Thursday 1st April using Saturday Delivery.

Please also note, due to Good Friday and Easter Monday, we will not have a courier pick-up after Thursday 1st April, until Tuesday 6th April. Therefore, for any parcels placed within this time period, delivery estimates will be calculated from the pick-up date on Tuesday 6th April.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK)

Any order placed before 4pm (3:30pm for edible images) Monday - Friday, with the Next Working Day Delivery option selected, will be dispatched for delivery the following business day (Monday - Friday), between the hours of 8am - 9pm. A signature is required for this method, so you will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. Please allow an additional 24 hours for any order to be delivered to the Scottish Highlands. Please also be aware that any deliveries to Northern Ireland with a 'BT' postcode will usually take three days to arrive (on 2 Day Northern Ireland Delivery).

Pre-Orders

Any order containing a product that is listed as a preorder, will be held until the preordered item has arrived in stock. Orders containing a preorder cannot be split, if other items are needed before the expected delivery date, these items should be ordered separately.

Weekend Deliveries (UK)

Any order placed before 4pm* on Friday, with the "Saturday Delivery" or "Sunday Delivery" option selected, will be dispatched on the same day for delivery between the hours of 8am - 6pm on the selected day. A signature is required for this method, so somebody will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. If the order is placed after the 4pm cut-off on a Friday, the order will be dispatched for delivery on the following weekend.

Please note we are unable to guarantee any order being dispatched to the Scottish Highlands or Islands to arrive within the quoted time frame.
