The mixes make tasty, light and fluffy cakes and even better, they're all:
• No artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives

You might think the sponge cake it the least interesting of the trio, but think again! While it's delicious on its own and makes a yummy victoria sandwich, simply add a few drops of food flavouring to the mix to magicaly convert it into a zingy lemon cake, toffee, coconut, ginger or banana cake. You're limited only by our huge range of food flavours! Add some grated zest, chunks of chocolate or pieces of real fruit to really change it up.


The Chocolate Brownie mix contains real Callebaut chocolate, for a truly indulgent treat.


Grate 3 carrots into the Carrot Cake mix to add texture to the finished cake.


All the mixes take around 30 minutes to cook in the oven. From start to finish, we think you can create fresh delicious cakes in under an hour.


The WOW Cake mixes are really versatile. Bake cakes, loaves, muffins, cupcakes, tray bakes and more.
You're not limited to just standard cakes but as a guide each mix makes the below:
• Carrot Cake - 9" round or square
• Sponge Cake - 9" round or square (or two 7" sandwich tins)
• Chocolate Brownies - 8" square 


The benefit of this mix over others is its consistency and overall flavour. Once baked, the cakes are light, fluffy, moist and a taste sensation! The sponge is also great for carving and shaping for larger, more complex cake designs.
We've taste tested all the mixes in The Cake Decorating Company office (purely for professional reasons you understand!) ;-) and no one could tell the cakes were gluten free. These cake mixes don't make 'good for free-from' cakes, they make good, tasty and moreish cakes, full stop.


All 3 mixes are accredited by Coeliac UK as being suitable for coeliacs and bare the crossed grain symbol on the packaging for easy recognition. 


Cooking Instructions:
(these vary slightly for each mix. This is the Sponge Cake mix to give you an indication)


• Heat oven to 170°C/gas mark 3 and line a greased 9” baking tin or two 7” sponge trays. 
• Empty the cake mix into a bowl, add 225g of soft butter and mix well. 
• Add 4 eggs to the mixture and whisk for a couple of mins until creamy.
• Empty the mixture into the tray and bake for 35 minutes until firm to touch. 
• Leave to cool for 10 mins, then turn out onto a cooling rack. 
• Once cooled, decorate as desired.


Carrot Cake Ingredients:

Pre-Orders

Any order containing a product that is listed as a preorder, will be held until the preordered item has arrived in stock. Orders containing a preorder cannot be split, if other items are needed before the expected delivery date, these items should be ordered separately.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK)

Any order placed before 4pm (3:30pm for edible images) Monday - Friday, with the Next Working Day Delivery option selected, will be dispatched for delivery the following business day (Monday - Friday), between the hours of 8am - 9pm. A signature is required for this method, so you will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. Please allow an additional 24 hours for any order to be delivered to the Scottish Highlands. 

If delivery cannot be made, DPD will try again on the next working day. If this is unsuccessful, it will be held at the depot for an additional 5 working days. After this, the parcel will be returned to us, at a surcharge of £5. 

Please Note: None of our services are a guaranteed service. DPD have a 98% success rate on next day deliveries. 

Weekend Deliveries (UK)

Any order placed before 4pm (3:30pm for edible images) Friday, with the "Saturday Delivery" option or "Sunday Delivery" selected, will be dispatched for delivery the next weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday, as selected), between the hours of 8am - 6pm. A signature is required for this method, so somebody will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it.
