Use an electric mixer (either handheld electric or tabletop mixer with beater attachment).\u003cbr\u003e2. Put the mix into a bowl and stream in half the water over 1 minute with your mixer on a slow setting. Scrape down with a spatula.\u003cbr\u003e3. Mix for a further 1-1.5 minutes on a fast setting. Scrape the mix down with a spatula. \u003cbr\u003e4. Mix in the remaining water over a minute with the mixer on a slow setting. Scrape down with a spatula.\u003cbr\u003e5. Mix for a further 4 minutes on a fast speed.\u003cbr\u003e6. Pour the mix into grease or paper-lined tin.\u003cbr\u003e7. Bake in a domestic fan oven at 130C. For the 8” round cake above, bake for approximately 1h15mins and test with a cake skewer. If the skewer comes out clean, then the cake is fully baked.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAdditional tips:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e• Individual ovens can vary.
