To evenly spread the temperature, remove the bowl from the microwave every 15\/20 seconds and stir well. Repeat this approx. 4-6 times and stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (small bits of chocolate may still be visible).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e(You can also melt the chocolate au bain-marie.
