Lay the paste onto the mould and start to press into one edge of the mould before rolling your way up with a small rolling pin. The pattern is produced more clearly if you roll your paste up the height of the mould instead of the width. Use a palette knife to carefully trim away the excess.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTurn over and release the paste onto the worktop.
