Beat by hand or on a slow speed for 2 minutes with a mixer. Scrape down the sides then slowly mix for a further 2 minutes. \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOptional: Add 100g of chocolate chips and blend in for 30 seconds. \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSpread into the baking tray evenly and bake for approximately 1 hour on the middle shelf. \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTo check if cooked, open the oven, pull out the shelf a little and gently shake the tin.
