For all lovers of zesty lemon drizzles and cakes, listen up. Our new luxury Lemon Sensation cake mix will add a subtle zing to your beautiful baked goods - and it's so easy.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

500g - Lemon Sensation Mix
0.2L - Water
0.14L Vegetable Oil

Method:

Place the dry mix into the bowl and using a flat beater add the liquid over one minute on slow speed
Scrape down the batter and then mix for a further 2 minutes on medium speed
For loaf cakes, deposit 350g-400g of batter into a paper case in a loaf tin and bake at 180°C/356°F for 40-50 minute

For muffins deposit 75g of batter into paper cases on muffin trays. Bake at 185°C/365°F for 30 minutes*.
For tray bakes, deposit 4.5kg for an 18”x30” sheet. Bake at180°C/356°F for 40 minutes*

Sugar, WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), Lemon fruit chips (8%)(fruit juices from concentrates (lemon, apple), Sucrose, Glucose syrup, dried apple, gelling agent (pectin), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), flavouring), vegetable oil, dried EGG yolk, dried EGG white, modified starch, whey powder (MILK), emulsifiers; propane-1, 2-diol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium sterol-2-lactylate, raising agents; disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, flavouring, stabilisers, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, xanthan gum, WHEAT gluten, colours; lutein (E161b, natural beta-carotene (E160a(iii).

Next Working Day Delivery (UK)

Any order placed before 4.30pm Monday - Friday (3:30pm for edible images*), with the Next Working Day Delivery option selected, will be dispatched the same business day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after the cutoff time using this method will be dispatched on the next working day.

A signature is required for this method, so you will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. Please allow an additional 24 hours for any order to be delivered to the Scottish Highlands. Please also be aware that any deliveries to Northern Ireland with a 'BT' postcode will usually take three days to arrive (on 2 Day Northern Ireland Delivery).

Pre-Orders

Any order containing a product that is listed as a preorder, will be held until the preordered item has arrived in stock. Orders containing a preorder cannot be split, if other items are needed before the expected delivery date, these items should be ordered separately.

Weekend Deliveries (UK)

Any order placed before 4.30pm* on Friday, with the "Saturday Delivery" or "Sunday Delivery" option selected, will be dispatched on the same day for delivery between the hours of 8am - 6pm on the selected day.

A signature is required for these methods, so somebody will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. If the order is placed after the 4pm cut-off on a Friday, the order will be dispatched for delivery on the following weekend. Please note we are unable to guarantee any order being dispatched to the Scottish Highlands or Islands to arrive within the quoted time frame.

*Orders for edible images have a cut-off time of 3:30pm – orders placed after this time will be dispatched for delivery the following week day.
