Squires Kitchen's Cocol Cocoa Butter Colourings are the easy way to decorate your chocolate work. Cocol Red Chocolate Colouring is made from coloured cocoa butter and adds beautiful vibrancy to chocolate. Red Cocol is ideal for painting on cakes, adding intense colour to your chocolate work or you can even decorate your own transfer sheets for Christmas or Valentines Day!

The bright colours such as the red, work particularly well with white chocolate, simply mix the colours into tempered white chocolate or add colour to white chocolate ganache to create a completely different look. Create stunning red chocolate roses for your loved ones or add the wow factor to your dinner party deserts.

Cocol is so simple to use and can add transform your chocolate work in no time. Simply heat them gently in a microwave to melt the colours (remove the lid beforehand) or alternatively, melt the Cocol by placing the bottle in warm water. Shake the bottle at regular intervals to ensure even temperature distribution until it has melted completely and it is ready to use. You can brush or airbrush a thin layer of melted Cocol into a chocolate mould or onto an acetate sheet before filling or covering with tempered chocolate.

Store in a cool dark place.

When heating this product, do not exceed 40°C.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK)

Any order placed before 4.30pm Monday - Friday (3:30pm for edible images*), with the Next Working Day Delivery option selected, will be dispatched the same business day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after the cutoff time using this method will be dispatched on the next working day.

A signature is required for this method, so you will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. Please allow an additional 24 hours for any order to be delivered to the Scottish Highlands. Please also be aware that any deliveries to Northern Ireland with a 'BT' postcode will usually take three days to arrive (on 2 Day Northern Ireland Delivery).

Pre-Orders

Any order containing a product that is listed as a preorder, will be held until the preordered item has arrived in stock. Orders containing a preorder cannot be split, if other items are needed before the expected delivery date, these items should be ordered separately.

Weekend Deliveries (UK)

Any order placed before 4.30pm* on Friday, with the "Saturday Delivery" or "Sunday Delivery" option selected, will be dispatched on the same day for delivery between the hours of 8am - 6pm on the selected day.

A signature is required for these methods, so somebody will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. If the order is placed after the 4pm cut-off on a Friday, the order will be dispatched for delivery on the following weekend. Please note we are unable to guarantee any order being dispatched to the Scottish Highlands or Islands to arrive within the quoted time frame.
