The cutters come as a set of 18 with 3 sizes of each cutter and 6 different designs including a circle, square, oval, triangle, teardrop and American football shape.

Designed by renowned cake artist Autumn Carpenter, you can be assured of the high-quality and easy usability of these stainless steel  cutters, with instructions and recipes available online.

The cutters are perfect for creating small accent shapes for cupcakes and cookies. Once pressed out, you can decorate using texture sheets, lustre dusts, edible paints or simply hand write a personal message using edible pens.

A huge variety of different mediums can be used with the cutters including: sugarpaste/fondant, modelling paste, flower paste, modelling chocolate and cookie dough as well as a range of non-edible materials such as modelling clay. We would advise however, that if using the cutters with non-edible materials, not to then use them with edible mediums, as the cutters will no longer be deemed food safe.

To use, simply roll out your fondant or modelling paste, place the cutter over the top, press down firmly and remove any excess. Use a scriber tool to remove the design if your fondant is sticking slightly or dust it with corn flour to stop it sticking. If using the cutters to make standing decorations, it is recommended to leave them to harden after cutting before standing them up.
