All of the moulds in this collection are made with the highest quality, food grade silicone to produce an extremely durable silicone mould that is tear resistant and can withstand temperatures up to 204°C (400° F).

1. Do not fill the mould to the top of the blade that rises up around the cavity. The mould should be filled to the top of the cavity which is level with the lip and the point where the blade starts to rise from the surface of the mould. If you fill to the top of the blade, the resulting piece will be too thick and this is not the way the mould is designed.
2. Put corn starch (corn flour) in a nylon/musline stocking, and then tie shut to make what we call a 'pounce'. Roll out fondant or sugar paste to the appropriate thickness, dust lightly with corn flour and place the dusted side down onto the mould.
3. Next, press with palm of hand and fingertips forcing fondant into all the details. The blade will already start to cut the fondant. Take a light rolling pin and roll across the top of the mould.
Do not press hard. Light, quick strokes work the best and enable the blade to perform perfectly. Once the fondant has been trimmed and the excess is taken away, quickly press the fondant again and then place your finger on the side of the blade, before pressing it sideways towards and down into the cavity; this removes any little bits of fondant flashing and makes a perfect edge.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK)
Any order placed before 4pm (3:30pm for edible images) Monday - Friday, with the Next Working Day Delivery option selected, will be dispatched for delivery the following business day (Monday - Friday), between the hours of 8am - 9pm. A signature is required for this method, so you will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. Please allow an additional 24 hours for any order to be delivered to the Scottish Highlands. Please also be aware that any deliveries to Northern Ireland with a 'BT' postcode will usually take three days to arrive (on 2 Day Northern Ireland Delivery).
Any order containing a product that is listed as a preorder, will be held until the preordered item has arrived in stock. Orders containing a preorder cannot be split, if other items are needed before the expected delivery date, these items should be ordered separately.
Weekend Deliveries (UK)
Any order placed before 4pm* on Friday, with the "Saturday Delivery" or "Sunday Delivery" option selected, will be dispatched on the same day for delivery between the hours of 8am - 6pm on the selected day. A signature is required for this method, so somebody will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. If the order is placed after the 4pm cut-off on a Friday, the order will be dispatched for delivery on the following weekend.
