Use this ExCel rolling pin to help create the perfect sugar bouquet.

Roll your flower paste extra thin with this Excel Rolling Pin, perfect when creating petals and leaves for sugar flowers.

Made from durable, food grade polyethylene, this ExCel pin is ideal for rolling your decorating mediums extra thin and creating fine details.

This rolling pin is the ideal tool for those that are making sugar flower bouquets. It allows you to roll you flower paste extremely thin for that authentic look and if used with one of the Excel Veining Boards, will also help vein your leaves and petals.

It makes it much easier to roll your flower paste, sugarpaste etc when making smaller decorations than using a larger rolling pin that can be cumbersome.

Not only is it great for rolling however, the Excel Pin also comes with both a rounded and pointed end, providing additional tools when modelling. The rounded end can be used in much the same way as a ball tool, whilst the pointed end allows you to add fine details to your flowers, similar to the way you might use a scriber tool.

As well as sugar floristry work, the pin is also great when working with cake toppers and figures. The sharp, pointed end can be used for adding facial features to models and other subtle decorations to give your figures a more realistic finish.

The ExCel pin can be used to roll a huge variety of decorating mediums including sugarpaste/fondant, modelling paste, flower paste, marzipan and modelling chocolate.

The Excel pin measures approximately 1cm x 16cm.
