Dust your work surface with cornstarch to prevent sticking. Then, simply smooth your rolled (to approx. ¼”) fondant, gumpaste or marzipan over the mat, press hard with the rolling pin and place on your cake before peeling back the mat.
The design of this mat adds incredible definition and texture, so even white cakes stand out! For a finishing touch, adorn your cake with ribbons for a flawless finish to your fondant covered cakes.
