A favourite among kids and adults alike, a brownie is one of the first easy traybakes that comes to mind. A decadent chocolatey treat, top with chocolate chips, fudge pieces or chopped nuts.

A Victoria sponge traybake is a British classic! Delicious sponge, paired with jam and cream, and dusted with icing sugar - perfection. And it’s suited to any occasion! Mini bites for an afternoon tea, slices for a charity bake-off or even a perfect birthday cake.
