How to Make Vegan Frosting
Ingredients
- 450g FunCakes Icing Sugar
- 2 tsp FunCakes Flavour Paste - Vanilla
- A few drops of FunCakes Edible FunColours Gel - your choice of colour!
- 45g Wajang / Plant Based Margarine
- 60ml soy milk
Instructions
- Mix 45gram Wajang/Plant-Based Margarine together with the soy milk till it’s smooth.*
- Add the Icing Sugar in 1 time and mix it at the lowest setting to a smooth mixture.
- Season your vegan frosting with vanilla flavouring.
- Mix in your choice of colouring.
*Make sure the Wajang is at room temperature. If you find the frosting a bit too thick, you can add extra soy milk.
