Ingredients:

1. 500g FunCakes Delicious Donut Mix
2. 215ml of Water
3. 65ml of Olive Oil

How much time will I need?

Less than 1 hour! Prep in around 35 minutes (10mins of prep, 25mins for the dough to rest), and bake for 12 mins in the oven or just 90 seconds each side in the fryer!

Instructions:

1. Begin with your ingredients at room temperature
2. Add all ingredients to a bowl.
3. Put a dough hook on the mixer and mix 5 minutes op middle speed.
4. Roll out the dough and cut out the donuts.
5. Let the dough rest for 25 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection oven 180°C) while waiting, or put the fryer on 180°C.
7. Bake the donuts for 12 minutes in the preheated oven or in the fryer for 90 seconds each side.
