Tutorial - How to make Chocolate Bark
Step 1: Melt your chocolate
Microwave your Colour Mill Green Chocolate Drip to melt. Microwave in short bursts for 20 seconds and squeeze the bottle to break the contents. Repeat this step one more time and shake to loosen any of the remaining contents. If the chocolate drip isn’t fully melted, you can melt it for a further 10 seconds. We recommend you review the specific brand guidelines if you have any issues with this.
Step 2: Add melted chocolate to your mould
Squeeze your melted chocolate drip into your Dinosaur Mould from Choctastique. Be sure to give it a little tap on the table to help the chocolate settle fully into the shapes!
Step 3: Put mould in fridge to set
Pop your dinosaur chocolates into the fridge for 30-60 minutes to set fully. If you're short on time, you can pop them into the freezer for 10 to 15mins instead!

Step 4: Remove chocolates from mould
Once fully set, take your mould out of the fridge and carefully pop out your chocolates.
Step 5: Paint detail with edible paint
Take your Sweet Sticks Glamorous Gold edible art paint and your Sweet Sticks detail brush and neatly brush the gold onto the detail on the dinosaurs. This adds an eye-catching contrast and shine!
Step 6: Squeeze chocolate drip onto parchment paper
Next, take your Baby Blue and Mint Green Chocolate Drips, microwave as before, and squeeze the blue onto a piece of parchment paper/baking paper. Make sure you use enough to create a large enough area for decorating!
Step 7: Spread melted chocolate with spatula
Using your angled spatula, spread out your melted chocolate to an even thickness on your parchment paper.

Step 8: Add chocolate decorations and sprinkles
Now's it's time to get decorating! Take your melted green drip and drizzle it across the shape you've already made. Take your cute chocolate dinosaurs and your other sprinkles of choice and place/sprinkle them onto the blue and mint green chocolate before it starts to set.
Step 9: Place chocolate bark in fridge to set
Pop your baking paper with your almost ready chocolate bark into the fridge (30mins) or freezer (15mins) to set.
Step 10: Cut into pieces and put into treat bags
Once set, sprinkle with your edible dust and cut into random pieces using a sharp knife (this part needs to be done by an adult if you're making it together as a family!). Present on a plate if you're enjoying it at home or, if you're gifting it to friends or family, pop some pieces into a treat bag or box! It makes such a lovely homemade treat.
And your Dinosaur Chocolate Bark is done!
