The Cake Decorating Company at Cake International 2024 - all you need to know!

It's the biggest event in the cakey calendar and a weekend we look forward to every year - Cake International at the NEC in Birmingham! As sponsors (and super fans!) of the event, we were there with bells on. So, we thought we'd reflect on everything that happened here on the blog...
The Stand
The Cake Decorating Company village was bigger and better than ever, at Stand A35.
We brought so many of your favourite brands with us, including Colour Mill, Wilton, FunCakes, Couture, The Sugarpaste, Marvelous Molds, Simply Making and Rainbow Dust. Not to mention tools you all love from Pastaline, Agbay and Arkon!
It's always a great chance to see the products you've had your eye on up close in person and discover new must haves for your cake decorating kit. And take advantage of our Cake International offers by stocking up on your existing favourites!
The People
One of the best things about Cake International is getting to socialise with the wider cakey community! On our stand were many members of team Cake Dec, ready to help everyone discover exciting new products!
We were also very lucky to have many of our talented cakey friends joining us on the stand over the weekend to share their wisdom. Our ambassadors and content creators are responsible for so much of the incredible content you see on our social media. Having them with us in person is always a dream!
We also had our good friends from Cake Craft Group on hand to let you know more about their wholesale offerings, for those of you thinking of levelling up your cake business.
Not to mention the brilliant Guy Boxall from DTM Print was with us to tell you all about the extraordinary Eddie Printer (a true game-changer!).
The Demos
We could not be more excited about the demos we have lined up! Be prepared to learn lots and get seriously inspired, because we've levelled up this side of things for Cake International 2024!
This year we have a dedicated demo stand in the Cake Dec village. That means we will have something going on at all times (for the whole weekend)! Every slot has been filled by a talented cake artist who will be sharing their tips and tricks with you all. From modelling cute creatures with Molly Robbins to painting flowers with Emily Hankins, there was always something amazing to see!

What a line up, eh?! We were so excited to see these talented cake pros do their thing. Catching up with our cakey friends is always so much fun.
