Tutorial - Cupcake Bouquet
Make sure you have the cupcake you're going to be using baked and cooled before you begin! We recommend the Sattina cake mixes for a delicious base...

Step 1: Start by assembling your box! You can do this by folding the flaps in the order printed on the box itself. Secure the bouquet box tightly using your quick pull bow (sold separately), string or a ribbon. Finish off by placing the invisiTray™ in the top of the vase and you're ready to go!
Step 2: Grab your frosting and your chosen colourings. We went for pink, and used one colouring to mix three different hues to add some dimension. You can do this simply by adding more colouring to achieve a darker shade, and less for a more pastel tone. But you don't even have to stick to one shade - you could make a rainbow bouquet if you like!
Step 3: You also want to colour some green frosting for the leaves we're going to add later!
Step 4: Pop your coloured frosting into a piping bag with a 1M decorating tip. This shape of tip is perfect for that classic rose swirl cupcake shape! Start in the middle and pipe an even swirl out to the edge of your cupcake.

Step 5: Starting with the middle space, place your cupcakes into the cupcake bouquet box - be careful not to smudge your beautiful piping when placing the side ones in!
Step 6: Using your leaf piping tip and some of your green frosting, add some leaves in the spaces around your cupcakes. This extra bit of detail makes SUCH a difference!
Step 7: When you're happy with your leaves, grab your chosen sprinkles and add a dash to the top of your cupcakes for a final, eye-catching touch! Make sure you don't wait too long to do this, you want your buttercream/frosting to still be tacky enough for them to stick.
Step 8 (optional): If you have a bit of travelling to do to deliver your cupcake bouquet, you may want to carefully wrap it in food safe cellophane, just to protect your masterpiece!
And we're done!

This beautiful cupcake bouquet is the perfect way to say thank you to the amazing women in your life this Mother's Day! Whether you're making a memorable gift for one person, or delivering it to a group where several of the important people in your life can enjoy a cupcake, it's sure to be a hit!
Our resident baker Holly knocked this out of the park - the end result was so beautiful! As ever, we're excited to see what she whips up next month. We're always keen to hear what you'd like to see in future posts, so if you have a tutorial request, don't hesitate to let us know!
