Tutorial - Easy Daisy Cupcakes
Step 1: Take your FunCakes Vanilla Cupcake Mix (or your own recipe) and make up your cupcake batter. If you're using the FunCakes mix, you'll add eggs and butter, and bake as instructed.
Step 2: Take your baked cupcakes out of the oven and leave to the side to cool before you begin decorating.

Step 3: Make up your Enchanted Cream (or other chosen frosting!). If you're using the Enchanted Cream, mix with water and milk as instructed on the packaging to create your delicious frosting!
Step 4: Pop a 1A piping nozzle into a piping bag with the end snipped off and add your frosting to the bag.
Step 5: Begin by piping one petal shape, starting at the outside of the cupcake and pulling in towards the middle (and back out again for a thicker petal if desired!). Repeat this process five times to create five daisy petals!

Step 6: Add a small amount (be cautious, these colours are concentrated!) of yellow colouring to your remaining Enchanted Cream. Stir thoroughly and add more if needed to achieve your desired shade!
Step 7: Using your 1A nozzle again, pipe a circle of yellow frosting in the middle to form the centre of the flower.
Step 8: Finally, place your beautiful daisy cupcakes into your colourful window lid cupcake box. They're now safe to be transported and ready to be presented in style.

And we're done!
These dazzling daisy cupcakes are such a perfect spring or summer treat! As with many of our projects, they're a great activity for the family to try together and we're sure they'll be a smash hit with anyone you gift them to!
