How long does modelling paste take to dry, and how to soften modelling paste?

Most modelling paste takes at least 48 hours to dry. However, some of our modelling paste is quick drying once left, like the Squires Kitchen Flower Paste. To soften the modelling paste, start moulding it with warm hands. 

What are modelling paste, flower paste and gum paste?

Modelling, flower and gum paste are very similar substances. They are soft and flexible for moulding and then dry hard, perfect for intricate flower designs. Some flower pastes harden less than gum pastes, giving you a longer working time before they set, like Sugarin flower paste.
