Our ganache plates make it effortless to produce a ganache finish on any cake, it's a must-have for cake artists and baking perfectionists. But why limit your cake artistry to just round or square cakes? Now you can push the boundaries even further and perfect the look with this scollop-shaped set.

How do they work?

So simple, but so clever!

By placing a ganache plate on top of your cake, and one at the bottom, you can use them as a guide when smoothing ganache, buttercream and royal icing around the edges of your cakes, ensuring smooth, flawless results. It's so easy, it's literally a piece of cake.

When finished, your ganache plates can be removed, washed, and used again for future projects.

Please note it is recommended that if you wanted to make a 6" cake you would need the 6" ganache plates and to make a 5" sponge. Or if you wanted to make a 8" cake you would need a 8" ganache plate and to make a 7" sponge.

However any sizes above 10" we would recommend going for a sponge that is 2" smaller, so for example you would go for the 10" ganache plates and create a 8" sponge.

These plates are made from 100% food safe clear acrylic.

These sets of ganache plates range in sizes from 4" to 14", catering to any size and design you have in mind. Each plate measures approximately 3mm thick. Each size includes 2 plates.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK)

Any order placed before 4.30pm Monday - Friday (3:30pm for edible images*), with the Next Working Day Delivery option selected, will be dispatched the same business day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after the cutoff time using this method will be dispatched on the next working day.

A signature is required for this method, so you will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. Please allow an additional 24 hours for any order to be delivered to the Scottish Highlands. Please also be aware that any deliveries to Northern Ireland with a 'BT' postcode will usually take three days to arrive (on 2 Day Northern Ireland Delivery).

Pre-Orders

Any order containing a product that is listed as a preorder, will be held until the preordered item has arrived in stock. Orders containing a preorder cannot be split, if other items are needed before the expected delivery date, these items should be ordered separately.

Weekend Deliveries (UK)

Any order placed before 4.30pm* on Friday, with the "Saturday Delivery" or "Sunday Delivery" option selected, will be dispatched on the same day for delivery between the hours of 8am - 6pm on the selected day.

A signature is required for these methods, so somebody will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. If the order is placed after the 4pm cut-off on a Friday, the order will be dispatched for delivery on the following weekend. Please note we are unable to guarantee any order being dispatched to the Scottish Highlands or Islands to arrive within the quoted time frame.  

*Orders for edible images have a cut-off time of 3:30pm – orders placed after this time will be dispatched for delivery the following week day.
