Decorate your cakes with exquisite sugar flowers from one of our favourite brands, like the Saracino Modelling Paste, to create silky smooth edible cake decorations.
Our modelling pastes come in various colours straight out of the pot, like blue, purple, red or pink. Or, choose a white modelling paste and colour it at home with edible paint or food colouring, if the paste allows.
Most modelling paste takes at least 48 hours to dry. However, some of our modelling paste is quick drying once left, like the Squires Kitchen Flower Paste. To soften the modelling paste, start moulding it with warm hands.
Modelling, flower and gum paste are very similar substances. They are soft and flexible for moulding and then dry hard, perfect for intricate flower designs. Some flower pastes harden less than gum pastes, giving you a longer working time before they set, like Sugarin flower paste.
