Description

Dr. Oetker's food colouring gel lets you add rainbows of colour to your cake mixtures and icing, with greater control and flexibility, without changing the consistency.

Whether you're after soft pastel shades or more vibrant pops of colour, these food colouring gels allow you to achieve any shade with the handy squeeze tubes for drop-by-drop dosage.

These colouring gels are bake-stable, allowing you to get creative with your cake mixtures, adding fun and vibrant colours to your cakes.

Suitable for colouring all icings, including fondant and sugarpaste.

Available in 8 colours.

Each tube contains 15g.

Instructions for use:

  • Knead tube before use.
  • Snip end of tube with scissors.
  • Add small amounts of food colouring gel, stir/knead well between each addition.
  • Colours can be mixed together to create different shades.

Black: Glucose syrup, sugar, water, colour (vegetable carbon (E 153)), gelling agent (carrageenan), acidity regulators (lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Blue: Glucose syrup, sugar, water, gelling agent (carrageenan), colour (brilliant blue FCF (E 133)), acidity regulators (lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Green: Glucose syrup, colouring foods (concentrates from safflower, lemon), sugar, water, gelling agent (carrageenan), acidity regulators (lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate), preservative (potassium sorbate), colour (brilliant blue FCF (E 133)).
Orange: Glucose syrup, colour (paprika extract (E 160c)), sugar, water, gelling agent (carrageenan), acidity regulators (lactic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Pink: Glucose syrup, sugar, water, colour (carmine (E 120)), acidity regulators (citric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate), gelling agent (carrageenan), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Red: Glucose syrup, water, sugar, colours (lutein (E 161b), carmine (E 120)), acidity regulators (citric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate), gelling agent (carrageenan), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Violet: Glucose syrup, sugar, water, colours (carmine (E 120), brilliant blue FCF (E 133)), acidity regulators (citric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate), gelling agent (carrageenan), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Yellow: Glucose syrup, sugar, water, colour (curcumin (E 100)), gelling agent (carrageenan), acidity regulators (lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate), preservative (potassium sorbate).

Delivery & Returns

Next Working Day Delivery (UK)

Any order placed before 4.30pm Monday - Friday (3:30pm for edible images*), with the Next Working Day Delivery option selected, will be dispatched the same business day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after the cutoff time using this method will be dispatched on the next working day.

A signature is required for this method, so you will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. Please allow an additional 24 hours for any order to be delivered to the Scottish Highlands. Please also be aware that any deliveries to Northern Ireland with a 'BT' postcode will usually take three days to arrive (on 2 Day Northern Ireland Delivery).

Pre-Orders

Any order containing a product that is listed as a preorder, will be held until the preordered item has arrived in stock. Orders containing a preorder cannot be split, if other items are needed before the expected delivery date, these items should be ordered separately.

Weekend Deliveries (UK)

Any order placed before 4.30pm* on Friday, with the "Saturday Delivery" or "Sunday Delivery" option selected, will be dispatched on the same day for delivery between the hours of 8am - 6pm on the selected day.

A signature is required for these methods, so somebody will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. If the order is placed after the 4pm cut-off on a Friday, the order will be dispatched for delivery on the following weekend. Please note we are unable to guarantee any order being dispatched to the Scottish Highlands or Islands to arrive within the quoted time frame.  

*Orders for edible images have a cut-off time of 3:30pm – orders placed after this time will be dispatched for delivery the following week day.
