For a 6-12 cavity postable cupcake solution. We have developed a method which, with the correct delivery courier and care of packaging will enable you to offer cupcake postage to your clients anywhere in the U.K.

Available to buy with just the pod tray, or with a box that perfectly fits the tray for extra stability when posting. The boxes are made from firm, durable, corrugated card, so you can trust it to withstand the knocks and bumps that may happen when transporting your cupcakes. They also come with a removable insert to hold your cupcake pods in place, so they are far less likely to get damaged on your way to presenting them.

Alternatively, if you wish to purchase the pods only and use your own box, simply wrap the postable pods in tissue shredded or paper and then place in a reasonably large box making sure the pod is tightly packaged with the paper, the bigger the box the more shock-absorbing shredded paper you will be able to fit in.

Pods and Boxes are available in two sizes, to hold 6 or 12 cupcakes.

Holds 12 pod lid and base are attached using a flap, and the holds 6 pod has a separate lid and base.

We recommend using a standard-sized cupcake tray, with holders measuring 2.5"/6cm diameter, and 1.25"/3cm in height. Height of the baking case to use in this pod should be 3.5cm The base of the baking cases should be 5cm across.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK)

Any order placed before 4.30pm Monday - Friday (3:30pm for edible images*), with the Next Working Day Delivery option selected, will be dispatched the same business day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after the cutoff time using this method will be dispatched on the next working day.

A signature is required for this method, so you will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. Please allow an additional 24 hours for any order to be delivered to the Scottish Highlands. Please also be aware that any deliveries to Northern Ireland with a 'BT' postcode will usually take three days to arrive (on 2 Day Northern Ireland Delivery).

Pre-Orders

Any order containing a product that is listed as a preorder, will be held until the preordered item has arrived in stock. Orders containing a preorder cannot be split, if other items are needed before the expected delivery date, these items should be ordered separately.

Weekend Deliveries (UK)

Any order placed before 4.30pm* on Friday, with the "Saturday Delivery" or "Sunday Delivery" option selected, will be dispatched on the same day for delivery between the hours of 8am - 6pm on the selected day.

A signature is required for these methods, so somebody will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. If the order is placed after the 4pm cut-off on a Friday, the order will be dispatched for delivery on the following weekend. Please note we are unable to guarantee any order being dispatched to the Scottish Highlands or Islands to arrive within the quoted time frame.  

*Orders for edible images have a cut-off time of 3:30pm – orders placed after this time will be dispatched for delivery the following week day.
